"I cannot express how easy and professional Eric was to deal with. From day 1 he explained everything and set expectations to a t. When these guys showed up it was truly incredible. Everyone had a task and they got after it. No hanging out trying to figure stuff out. We had a good bit of demo before they could even begin digging. In 3 days we were demo, dug, rebarred, plumbed and shot with gunite. Over the next 23 days they did the deck, coping, equipment so as soon the curing time was up they plastered..The plaster is absolutely perfect, smooth and bright. What sets Eric apart is once he's done. He takes care of the pool for 2 weeks as this time is critical for the plaster. He also ANSWERS the phone. You can't go wrong with zydeco. Eric's right hand, Brittany is a freaking Rockstar. On top of everything from ordering to inspections to helping you pick things out. This team is incredible. (We are building the outdoor area ourselves)"

"We cannot say enough great things about Zydeco Construction and the entire team! When we first started this process, we honestly weren't even sure our yard was large enough to accommodate a pool. We live on the river, so we also had concerns about whether a pool could even be built safely on our property. We met with Eric and explained that we were interested in a cocktail pool and shared a few ideas about what we wanted. He carefully listened, took measurements, and answered all of our questions. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about the unique challenges of building on river property, including the need for pilings and other structural considerations. He confidently explained the process and assured us that it could be done correctly. His expertise immediately put us at ease—and as it turns out, he was absolutely right. The very next day, he sent us a rendering, and we were amazed. We couldn't believe that a pool of that size and beauty would fit in our yard. It was even better than we had imagined. Another highlight of the experience was working with Lilly. Choosing colors, coping, tile, and finishes can be overwhelming, but Lilly made the process easy and enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different materials and color combinations and helped guide us toward selections that would work best for our pool and backyard. She had a clear vision for how everything would come together, and she was absolutely right. The finished product is stunning, and we are so glad we trusted her recommendations. We decided to move forward, and then came another surprise—just one month later, our pool was complete! We were shocked at how quickly the project moved from concept to reality. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. We did not experience a single issue. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and everything happened exactly as promised. Now that it's finished, we still find ourselves looking out the window and saying, "I can't believe that's our backyard." "My family were shopping around for inground pools getting quotes from different pool contractors and found zydeco construction. Eric came out in a timely manner and was very helpful with a great design and equipment needed, and was very educated on the whole construction process and pool platform. We decided that zydeco construction was the best choice, they started within the next couple of days with getting all the permits, copping color, tile color, and plaster color. We were amazed on how well the zydeco construction crew performed and were very pleased with the work, they also were very neat, they cleaned up every afternoon and when job was done. We can absolutely say nothing that we didn't like or don't like about the whole process. They are 100% genuine people, who gave us the pool we wanted and paid for no short cuts.
